A Registered Nurse will come to your home and meet with you and find out what best meets your families specific needs. This can be an ever changing plan that provides the right care depending on your families needs for that time period. We know things can change and that is why we work with you to provide the right care for you. Here is a list of care we can provide but are not limited to. If you know of something specific your loved one needs, lets talk about it and if it is non-medical care, we will work with you to provide the best and safest environment possible.
Personal care – Medication reminders, fall prevention, bathing, showering, shampoo, hair care, oral care, denture care, grooming, dressing, skin care, sponge bath, bed bound repositioning, range of motion activities, and walks.
Toileting- perineal care, incontinence care, change briefs, assist with bedpan, standby assist, and commode assistance.
Housekeeping- Light housecleaning, personal laundry, and linens, make and change ben, home organization, gardening, scrapbook, personal correspondence and memoirs, meal planning, meal prep and clean up, pet care, and plant care.
Transportation- errands, grocery shopping, doctor visits, worship meetings, accompaniment, social events, and visiting friends.
